Ray Ban - Son broke my sunglasses

I had just set my pair of Ray-bans sunglasses on the counter then all of a sudden my son had been walking around and accidentally knocked my glasses off the counter. This happened a hour ago and I’m just not sure what to do. I have been loyal to this company for as long as I can remember and have never had any problems with my sunglasses until now is there anything that you can help me with.

Ray Ban - They send me counterfeit products
About a month ago I bought three days sunglasses on the website. When I got it I saw that was not original sunglasses. In this way I asked for my money back and they told me that they would return my month but I'll get it in a month. I still waiting. They didn't return it and they don't answer my emails.
