I ordered the Ray Ban Metas back on Dec 14th 2023. I never received my order ups did not put my correct Apt number.

I informed Ray Ban that order was never received on Dec 20th 2023. They do an investigation and tell me they can not issue a refund because on ups tracking it states delivered and to open a claim with UPS. So I open a claim with UPS they take full responsibility for loosing the package. I send those documents to Ray Ban customer Service team I call them to make sure documents were received.

Ray Ban still states theres nothing they can do since the investigation on their end is final I ask them if they contacted UPS to see if the package was actually delivered to to me they state they cant disclose that information. I call Ups again they inform me they are issuing a refund I paid 316$ for these glasses and Ups is only issued a refund for 108$ to stay Ban on Feb 5th 2024 for them to refund me that money.

I call them today Feb 23, 2024 and they tell me they have no information on that when I tell them I have the documents and I can send it to them they tell me that there investigation is final and they can not issue me a refund. I have called multiple times I have informed UPS that Ray Ban is refusing to give me a refund and its not even the full amount of what I paid I do not know where to go from here

I bought a pair of Ray-bans RB3578 from a reputable sunglasses store. The coating on the lenses started peeling off after about 10 or 12 time after my wife used them. The warranty claim was denied via automated replay (AI) There is a very very limited warranty on Ray-bans and made very low quality. I bought sunglasses from a beach vendor in mexico 5 years ago that are in better condition for 200 pasos.

Its been almost two weeks since I ordered my glasses and still havent gotten them I want a full refund on it but I cancelled my card due to someone stole my wallet with all my cards but I do have a digital card that I can give you to get my refund cause Im tired of waiting for them just refund my money and if you need the new cards information write me back and I will send it to you Ty

I ordered prescription glasses from Rayban.com and they arrived with the script engraved boldly in the lense itself. It was as clear as the Rayban logo itself.

I took them to an optometrist who said it should be invisible unless looking in to light and specifically looking for it, and this was definitely a laser etching issue. Rayban advised to return for a full refund. They were returned they day I received (9/9/23) and a month and a half later, no refund. I was told they issue the refund a full 30 days after you return regardless of when they receive them back, but it has still been two weeks beyond that.

They just keep stating a refund (of almost $500) will be issued. And it has not been.

TERRIBLE service. Will have to dispute with bank.

I will never buy from Rayban again!!! Absolute awful experience with their customer service agents.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses several weeks ago now. Whilst the order arrived promptly, it was not my order, nor was it my name or address on the postage label. Parcel was handed to me by a UPS driver. I realised within minutes that the order was not mine and was meant for someone on the other side of the UK.

The UPS driver was long gone so I immediately emailed Rayban. Where do I start...replies from them took days, also it was a different agent each time and asking the same questions as the previous agent, clearly did not look at any of my past emails and to what point we were at. They refused to refund or replace until the wrong item had been sent back to them. They are Rayban prescription glasses and Absolutely no use to me whatsoever.

I wanted the wrong order collected and my actual order delivered. Initially i was told no you have to arrange the return and it was only after insisting that this is their mistake and not mine, that I was told that UPS will 'just turn up' in the next 3 days to collect. So what...I don't work? I don't have a life?

I need to wait in my house until UPS arrive, which might be today, or tomorrow, but definitely in the next 3 days?? So currently I have Sam's order from Richmond, no sunglasses and no refund.

I wonder if Sam has my order and is having the same bother as me? I will stick to #shadestation in future

Created: December 16th, 2023No option (link) available to create a return label. status of order remains in 'order received" status instead of 'completed' despite having received them 10 days ago.

Customer service claims they are sending me a return label - its been a week - I tried returning the to Lenscrafters (website says you can return Rx to stores) One store CLAIMED they take returns and the second store told me they do but CLAIMED my order is "not in the system" and therefore either does not exist and/or cannot be processed for return at the store.

no response after 1o days to my incident ticket.

I have even requested for them to provide me with the address so I can pay for the return myself SILENCE AGAIN

My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM RAY-BAN they apparently no longer honor their return policy and good luck getting any money back.

The 4115 model Rx glasses gave me a headache within minutes, curved lenses make the world look like a fishbowl, and when I tried to put on my regular glasses after removing the Rx, I was seeing double. Kinda dangerous when you are driving, don't you think?

STAY THE *** AWAY FROM THIS MESSED UP COMPANY - THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF GIVING YOU A PROPER REFUND

Too bad, i wasted money on purchasing at least a dozen pair of Ray-Bans over the years - Live and learn I guess

I did get a response from Ray-Ban and of course they are idiots and screwed it up, most likely intentionally. I was told in the email they could not help me because I was NOT IN THE UNITED STATES. Idiots - of course I am in the US and if they had bothered to look at my order they would have seen that AND of course, i was told they would forward my complaint to the office in the UK - yeah - BIG HELP - idiots REMEMBER - DO NOT BUY FROM RAY-BAN IDIOTS AND THIEVES

I can't seem to get anyone on the phone either. These forums are great, but anyone who bought something and didn't get what they paid for, or simply cannot get Ray-Ban to respond to your inquiry within a reasonable timeframe...

you should all file claims with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and your state's Attorney General. This is the only way to hold a company to account now that corporate interest has succeeded in nearly annihilating the consumer's edge through our online "public square" in Social Media (Twitter, etc.).

Document everything and file the claimsdon't let them get away with it!

I bought 1 pair of glasses on Nov 19th and the item never arrived, i kept following w DHL tracking # and there were multiple discrepancies in their delivery updates, they lost the item and put in the system "delivered", additionally, never made themselves responsible for it and contacting Rayban was difficult, i have no resolution regarding my order yet and i am still waiting on Rayban replacement afraid the terrible experience will be repeated again, now i have to wait 3 more weeks for the case to be investigated, THE WORST ONLINE PURHCASE EXPERIENCE ever was this one with RAYBAN.com.ca
