Horrible online order to Ray Ban Sunhlasses

I placed an order online for a new pair of sunglasses thru Ray Ban website on Dec 25, 17. They estimated delivery day was Dec 29. I've not heard anything from them if my order has been processed . Today, still have not seen my product. I called to cancel the order. They couldn't do anything for help... My mistake, I should bought it through Amazon and not deal with the headache

Ray Ban - Never seem to get my order

Placed order. They cancelled order. No notifications/ they said they'd send a coupon code via email for 30% off. Never received. Re ordered. They granted a 25% disc. Received email 30 min later. Order was cancelled AGAIN- no reason offered. Ugh. Done with these people.
