Horrible online order to Ray Ban Sunhlasses

I placed an order online for a new pair of sunglasses thru Ray Ban website on Dec 25, 17. They estimated delivery day was Dec 29. I've not heard anything from them if my order has been processed . Today, still have not seen my product. I called to cancel the order. They couldn't do anything for help... My mistake, I should bought it through Amazon and not deal with the headache

Trying to buy replacement lens. They send you to where you purchased the glasses ( sunglass hut) they are clueless. What happens when the numbers on the frame wear out so you can't provide a model number. I tell you what happens ,NOTHING. Their 800 support is horrible....
