Ray Ban - Ridiculous refund time
Ordered item online, delivered in 2 days. They were not as expected, so they were returned the next day, following their return process.
The return was received 6/2/17. 10 days later, no credit, no email. I sent email inquiring about the refund - no answer. I contacted the customer service number and was told no refund until 15 business days which would be 21 days.
The customer service rep said it used to be 5 days, then it was increased to 10 days, now it is 15 business days because the "warehouse" discovered it takes that long. So it is possible to to ship the glasses next day, but impossible to issue a credit in less than 21 days?
Do not purchase from the website. Go to a sunglass hut, or other sunglass brick and mortar store.
